We traveled thousands of kilometers to search for typewriters, calculators, and first-generation office machines at fairs, markets, and events.

We persistent pursued every trace and were always proud when we were able to add a trouvaille to our collection.

In countless hours, the machines were cleaned, restored and brought back to their original working condition.

With the opening of our 75m2 typewriter museum in 1992, a long cherished wish came true. The steadily growing collection and the increasing number of visitors meant that the museum had to be continuously expanded in 2000 and 2003.

Today, these precision mechanical marvels are presented in their most beautiful splendor and cause admiration and fascination among connoisseurs and interested visitors alike.
